Vincent Couche, 'Voulez Vous Couch Avec Moi' Sparkling Blanc VdF NV

Vincent Couche was the first producer in Champagne to become certified biodynamic by Demeter. His dedication to the land is unparalleled in the region and he attributes a huge portion of that to freedom he feels being in Cotes des Bar, far south of the rest of the traditional center of Champagne. 

This bottling is from vineyards that lie outside the bounds of Champagne, closer to Chablis.  69% Pinot Noir and 31% Chardonnay. It is a blend of five vintages made in the champagne method, aged between six months and four years in barrels and tanks then one year on lees before disgorging. Unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfites.
