Sandhi, Central Coast Chardonnay 2023

Sandhi Wines is the product of Rajat Parr's and Sashi Moorman collaboration, striving to produce wines with finesse, structure, minerality, acidity and balance from select vineyards in the Sta Rita Hills.

The 2023 Sandhi Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay sourced from 5 different vineyards, farmed sustainably, fermented in stainless steel, and aged for 6 months in 30% neutral oak barrels and 70% Stainless steel tanks.

Aromas of citrus flowers and orchard fruit, lemon and lime flavors. Wonderful structure and texture, making it a very versatile and delicious wine.
