Ryme Cellars, Alicante Bouschet 2023

Ryme Cellars is a collaboration of husband and wife with old world sensibilities, as well as admiration for California’s terroir and sunny disposition. 

This Alicante Bouchet was hand picked and wholecluster pressed. The juice was then fermented in tank and neutral barrel.
