Sourced from a small plot on Sonoma Mountain, this is a bright, textured take on a classic French Mediterranean wine. The hand harvested fruit is foot tread and then kept in contact with the skins for 36 hours before a gentle pressing into a combination of steel tanks and neutral oak puncheons. The brief skin contact adds savory complexity and a touch of weight to the otherwise high toned, citrus tinged palate that ends with a classic rush of laser like acidity.
