La Soeur Cadette, Beaujolais Nouveau 2025

The 2025 vintage is made from grapes sourced from an organically farmed vineyard, though not certified organic. Grapes are sourced from a parcel directly opposite the western slope of Côte de Brouilly in Quincié-en-Beaujolais, at 382 meters in altitude. The wine was vinified in concrete tank
