Jean-Philippe Fichet, Rully Blanc 2023

A relatively new addition to the Fichet portfolio, this is as classic as Rully and Côte Chalonnais get. A very subtle hint of oak is quickly overtaking by ripe, orchard fruits, citrus peel, raw almonds, and salty minerals.
