This exceptional, certified organic estate is dedicated to showcasing the deliciously unique terroir of Etna–specifically that of Passopisciaro on the north-northeastern slope of the volcano. The flagship Etna Rosso is 100% Nerello Mascalese grown at the uppermost elevation limits of viticulture (2000-2300 feet). Aged in cement and large neutral barrels for 12 months.
