Fres.co, 'Fire Fuego' Skin Contact Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Jack Sporer is the owner/winemaker of Fresh Wine Co, also known as Fres.co. His production facility is located in Sonoma; he focuses in regenerative agriculture and natural winemaking.

This Sauvignon Blanc, sourced in Sonoma Valley, was put whole cluster to tank, macerated carbonically for 6 days, and then pressed. 

Fire Fuego is an aromatic, textural, unfined, unfiltered and fun bottle of wine.
