Fres.co, 'Fire Fuego' Reserve Bedrock Vineyard Skin Contact Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Jack Sporer is the owner/winemaker of Fresh Wine Co, also known as Fres.co. His production facility is located in Sonoma; he focuses in regenerative agriculture and natural winemaking.

This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the famed Bedrock Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. It's made just like the regular Fire Fuego (and much of it goes into that cuvee) but specific barrels are selected for extended aging and then bottled on their own. 

Fire Fuego is an aromatic, textural, unfined, unfiltered and fun bottle of wine.
