Fasolino Gino, Soave 'Borgoletto' 2024

The Tessari family have been among the top producers in the heart of the Soave growing zone for over a century. Their estate includes 62 hectares of certified organic vines, as well as a small private chapel used in medieval times by Capuchin monks–hence the name “La Cappuccina.” Their “humble” Soave is 100% Gargenega from 30-40 year old, organic vines. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees for six months before bottling.
