Birdhorse represents a vision for the future of California winemaking, a vision anchored in a passion for diversification. This wine is made with 100% Vermentino grapes from the Bench Vineyard in Clements Hills of Lodi

Native yeast fermentation. Direct press by hand to stainless steel then racked after 4 months. No Malo. 12.5% ABV
