Jean-Francois Clouet lives in the house his ancestors built in 1741 in Bouzy. The family owes 8ha of vineyards in the Grand Cru of Bouzy and Ambonnay. Jean-Francois draws from the past, always looking towards the future to achieve a continuous improvement of his vineyards and wines.
