When Vin de Soif was first conceptualized, before the name came about even, the idea was to highlight wines that were fresh, low alcohol and easy to drink. Wines that you reached for to literally quench a thirst aka GLOU GLOU! Th wine is made of a blend of 60% Gamay, 25% Grolleau Noir, 10% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, which creates a fresh and vibrant wine that pairs well with everything from a pizza to braised greens.
