Stephane Serol, Pourquoi Faire Sans Blanc? Chenin Blanc 2021

Chenin Blanc from high altitude, certified organic vineyard in the Cote Roannaise (though this is bottled as Vin de France).  After direct press and indigenous yeast fermentation in tank, the wine was aged 6 months in large format barrels (500L and 1200L) and concrete tank.
