Ritme Celler, Priorat Tinto 2019

Ritme, Spanish for rhythm, is a Red wine  from the Priorat area of Catalunya Spain Produced from a selection of old vineyards made up from a blend of 70% Carignan, 30% Garnatxa. Old vines grown at 300-700m of altitude. Destemmed and macerated for around 15 days. Aged in used French barrique for 10 months. with the grapes being farmed organically. 

Ritme, is a perfect medium body red to accompany your summer cook outs, with the rich flavors of cherries, pomegranate, and berries, you can pair this wine with your favorite grilled meats and vegetables, or a festive paella.
