Raft Wines, 'Cavaillon' Skin Contact White 2022

Jennifer Reichardt comes from a family that has been dedicated to food and wine production in Sonoma County for over a century. She founded Raft Wines in 2016, a brand created "from a feeling of joy - joy of the land, of the food and wine we can produce, and of the joy we have when we share around the table ".

"Cavalion" is a skin fermented white wine, made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Mendocino County. Tropical fruits and orange blossom aromas jump out of the glass, while the palate it's beautifully textural, with ripe peach and juicy apricot flavors.
