Niepoort, Bairrada Tinto 'Lagar de Baixo' 2020

Sergio Silva purchased Quinta do Baixo in 2006 to start making wine in Bairrada. Things went south with his first business partner and that's when Neipoort stepped in. One of the biggest changes implemented by this new partnership was the conversion to fully Biodynamic agriculture. 

'Lagar de Baixo' is made from the Baga grape, whole cluster fermented partially on the stems, and aged in 2500L tonels.
