Fres.co, Primitivo 2021

This wine is made by Jack Sporer and the grapes farmed by Ross Cannard, at Benguerel Family Vineyard in Glen Ellen on Los Robles series gravelly clay loam.  It is a lovely example of hands off, regenerative farming practices yielding beautiful, healthy fruit.

It has been fermented in tank then aged for only a few months in neutral barrels.

Juicy black plum and black cherry with restrained juiciness and generous acid.
